    For the off page SEO, I will go for the backlink building because that is the most effective from what I see. When you post your website’s link on a blog, you can get traffic from that backlink when a reader of that blog would click on your backlink. With the on-page SEO, you have to wait for sometime before it takes effect. I think the bookmarking sites are also helpful in this department.
