    Most people who work from home or telecommute have to deal with people online as part of their job. Either online or via phone and email. The online communication is just another way to speak to someone. You should stick with what ever type of communication works best for you. If you don't like talking to people on the phone, try a Zoom meeting. In that way, you can conference face to face with the person who has hired you.
