Issue with "A service can only go on sale once per 31 days"

I wanted to put a service on sale but I am getting the message
a service can only go on sale once per 31 days

I have checked my records and it seems that the last time it was on sale was way more than 40 days back
I have contacted support but they said this counter is never wrong

Anyone can suggest any solution?
Is it like this--> only one service can go on sale per 31 days? Because one of my other services is already on sale.

No its not like that. If you are having problems with it I guess you should be contacting the sipport
