    Not Able to See Message Formatting Options : Source Button Missing

    Hello Everyone 

    I am facing an issue
    The message formatting options is not coming while sending a message (bold, size, color, image, link etc)
    Even the 'source' button is not coming
    I have tried in different browsers, cleared all cache and everything but still no results

    Can anyone please help

    This option doesn't show up for me either. And I wasn't even aware there were other options for the message box until it was pointed out to me. I've previously reported the issue. I don't know if this affects many other users. Possibly a browser related issue.
