about custom offer

i'm new seller on seoclerk. i want to know about clients customer offers. one of cliet send customer offer. i hard to find it. they pay or not?

If buyer sent you a custom offer, you have to accept that. Then buyer will finalize the order.

From Revenue / Sales page you can find the latest order number once the order is finalized. Click on number.

If the order status is "In Process" then it's okay to work with.

Just be sure that you see the actual order page on your sales tab.

If you don't see the order, then buyer hasn't purchased.

The order should be created before work starts to ensure you are paid.
