Forgot my secondary password

Hello, I forgot my secondary password.. what can I do? please anyone tell me about it. I can not recover my secondary password.
How can I recover my secondary password?

You will need to contact the support desk to ask for help in recovering your secondary password.

When you contact, be prepared to provide some basic account ownership information such as email address, recent purchase transaction ID and photo ID to match full name on account.
