Creating your services is the first step and should be followed up with consistent marketing. You can't rely upon on site traffic solely for all sales. In addition to boosting services daily to reach the top of your chosen category, you should bid on various Jobs to get those first sales. This will also give you some valuable ratings and put you closer to achieving your userlevel 2 and 3 status.
