I am a level one seller in SEOclerks I have only got 3 orders.so I want to rank my SEO clerks account.
I am interested to give all my services for free.
if there any option to give free service.plz answer me

You may have the option to offer a free/sample of your services via the Want to Trade section.

Though I believe you are asking how to get orders with buyer ratings.

You may have the option to offer a $1 service with 90% off coupon. Not sure that is still an option now, though i know that a lot of sellers offered that in the past to build up ratings from satisfied buyers.
