I think Health is the biggest CPC for adsense.. You can try such cancer, mesothelioma etc. at Google Keyword Tool..

Based on my understanding of Adsense, I believe Business and Finance is the top paying niche in Google Adsense. Since people love reading about money, advertiser put more money in Business, Finance, Investment and money making niches. The second top paying niche is health, Since health is a concern for everyone, advertisers pays more for the ads related to health. Travel is also a high paying niche.
