I don’t think there is a secret to achieving a high rank in the search list of Google. Just do what the SEO specialists say about using keywords for your contents, they are the tags that you include. Promote your website in all the social media network that you know. And the marketing is relentless but meaningful so you will not be tagged as spamming. Not to forget, you have to post quality contents frequently. Quality content means a well written article or thread of discussion that is unique and original.
