    Can i create more than one account of seoclerk ? If yes,   what is the process of creating multiple accounts

    you cant create Multiple accounts t is in no way legit and allowed here on SEO clerks, it is against the rules.
    multiple accounts not allowed for same guy and it violates of TOS. And I think it is completely useless. But in your home another guy can operate different account for she/he. But be careful for using IP. If you frequently use the same IP, I think you can be restricted any time and you can not use any free coupon offer or others offer from Seoclerks.

    As per our Terms of Service, one seller account per person. Though I know that some users create one seller account and one buyer account to keep their buyer business private and separate. This is useful if you are a reseller and don't want your own buyers to know what services you are reselling.

    I believe you can have one buyer and one seller account. But still it is advised that you personally contact the support team regarding this.
