Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

winRar file is not attached

I was attaching the winrar file for deliver the order. But it was creating error and files not opening for buyer.
What is reason and what is the solution ?

Better To Upload Excel,Word, Text Report File I normally use These Format I did not face any issue.

Are you having issues attaching a zip file? If you can't attach, you may link a file from Google Docs/Drive, etc.

You may try Google Drive or Dropbox in that scenario. 8 days ago, we also had the same issue. Most likely a bug.
