For instance, when I login to check messages, the time shows as my local US.
We will assume the time on your computer is correct and there's an issue in our system.
Here in the United States, where Ionicware/SEOClerks is located, we are in Daylight Saving Time, during which our clocks 'spring forward' one hour.
Possibly the timestamp on messages is still showing standard time (one hour back) not Daylight Savings Time.
As you said it's 1:44 am where you are but showing 12:44 am which is one hour back or reflecting standard time equivalent.
That's just pure speculation and there may be other causes for this issue.
I sent a test message just now from my own account and my message time stamp showed 9:33 pm and it happens to be exactly 9:33 pm. So i guess it's not affecting me.
This may be an issue that only you are experiencing.
Or others may be experiencing also.
