    You can go to any profile and there is a option custom order, -how to send custom offer
    Click on 'custom order', then you will see something like this-

    Just Ask The Buyer click The username on My profile he will find custom offer then you have to accept this offer.

    Exactly, the Buyer can give you custom orders from your profile. The rest of the things are similar to regular order.

    As the seller, you don't send a custom offer to the buyer. The buyer will send the custom offer to you.
