i got lots of issue to be solved, please i need to get some explanations for this

someone cancelled my order but the money haven't reached yet my balanced, i had been waiting more than a week since this happened

another issue is that another person just order me but when i check my dashboard the money that's supposed to be there is not what i'm seeing, the money he payed is less to what i earned, so what's this, what's happening?? should i placed a support ticket??

i just placed a support ticket and they told me i was offering 50% commission, i didn't realize this before, and this is probably what caused me to earn a little of what i was supposed to get
