    Can i cancel order in progress

    I ordered a service "get 1k view" few days ago, but until now i cant get any information from seller or any change in my vid. Can i cancel the order and get my fund back to my balance? Or i should wait till date of order is finished ? Status order:in progress

    You can send seller a mutual cancellation and if they accept it you will get your funds back
