Job "Under Review"

Hello,

I created a job so i could find a freelancer that could get done what i need, the issue is that the job has been "under review" for days now, and i don't see it ever being approved...not sure why.

Here's the job description:

I need a couple of unique .edu and .gov backlinks.

Here are the requirements:
- No profile links
- Have to be quality links from good domains
