It should be launch as soon as possible by SEOclerks or it is not necessary yet?

As of right now the website is very mobile friendly and there isn't much need for a mobile app.

That being said, every other marketplace like this one has a mobile app, so I would hope the programming team has plans for creating one

Is SEOclerks authorities are working for Mobile app of SEOclerks?

There hasn't been any news about an app in production and there isn't an official one just yet, so I hope it comes out in the near future so we can all download and use it
