    Why most sellers don't respond ?

    Hello
    I usually try to ask the seller before ordering from him, not only to learn more about his gig, but also to see how fast professionally his communication levels are.
    too bad that most of the sellers at seoclercks simply ignore your message !

    I was looking at User levels requirements, and I found that the response time to inbox messages is not included in User levels Upgrades. only the messages within orders that counts.

    This is what causes poor communication , the seller has nothing to lose by ignoring your messages as long as you didn't order from him yet!

    Hi Mestafa

    As a Level 2 Seller, and Beginner Seller.
    Yes Some of the High-Level Seller Usually Respond If You Order From Them

    My Suggestion is, Try to Contact Lower Level Seller. They Will Always Respond to any Inbox (If They Are Diligent Seller)
    And Try to make you satisfied.

    Hey Mestafa1,

    A lot of sellers here may not respond right away, which is definitely a bad thing, but I can tell you that the top sellers here are getting dozens of messages each day and they sometimes miss one or two. Don't get discouraged by this, simply shoot them another message explaining what you need or what is going on, and they'll usually get back to you.

    I sometimes don't log on for a few days because I'll be out of town or something came up in my personal life, but I always respond to anyone that sends me a message. I don't care if it's obviously spam, I will still respond and ask the person to stop spamming me, but not everyone will take time out of their day to do this.

    I'm just like you, I will usually send a message to the seller to see how quickly they respond. If they don't respond within 24 to 48 hours then I'll usually go with someone else for the service I need to be done. Now, if the seller has a lot of positive reviews and hasn't been on for a couple of days, I'll give them a few extra days, but not always because I can't always wait on someone to come back from vacation or from whatever it is they're doing Why most sellers don

    If you dont get a response, its just about the biggest sign of a bad seller and its best you don't order from them unless you think your questions somehow leads them to believe you are a competitor or simply not an actual buyer. As a buyer with some reputation, I can tell you I never get ignored.

    As a person in the same/similar industry, I never ignore my potential clients so in return I would never give my work to someone that ignores me. If you are too busy because you are so big, bad and important, that means its time you hire someone to answer your inbox messages. Simple logic. Communication is a big sign of professionalism. Seeing how the sellers responds to your inquiry is of a huge importance to a buyer. Don't give your work to someone that does not respect you and your question. Offer the chance to someone that is hungry to work for you.

    First excuse me for not sharing the same view with you, i can't see how ignoring buyer's messages from advanced level sellers is acceptable, and sticking with sellers under level 3 is simply the proper solution. This act is not polite my friend, neither professional.

    Second, One of the reasons behind levels system is for buyers to distinguish experienced sellers with good reputation from new sellers. and if the same service is provided.. I would defenitly choose advanced level sellers that have more positive reviews. so I'm feeling a bit disappointed to know that good quality communication was not a standard for professionalism at Seoclercks.

    Hi there

    To make sure you have found a High Quality Seller. You don't have to look the level and reviews only, Try to find them by messaging about 5 to 10 seller. Try to discuss about what you want, and see what respond they use for answer you.
    ( Not All high level seller bad at respond the inbox, There alway a good one in the bad, and vice versa )

    Its the best way to get Good Seller.

    Hey good question. Ussual it becomes very difficult for higher level sellers to respond as they get so many order that why they are unable to message all their clients.
    According to me you can go for the lower level sellers who try their level best to to satisfied you
    You can also check sellers response time in seller profile.

    I was just hoping, like other freelancing platforms.. private messages would be included in sellers evaluation so that higher level sellers would have better reponse time ..
    Honestly, like in real life, i find it disrespectful when my interest is not matched or ignored by the seller.
