Why Beginner Seller are consider as less trusted?

Mostly buyer are trusted on higher level seller even new seller done more work both in quantity and quality.They are hardly satisfied from her work but why???

Well. if you think a Level 1 Seller Is Hard. It's True, What you need to do is Promote it Outside The SEOClerks and Other Platform. Anyway, I Already create this threat Before And got lots of Suggestions.
