    Block seoclerks buyer

    I just want to block one troubling buyer.  How can I do that ? Because he place order and after 3 days he cancelled the orders

    If you don't want to do the work for a specific buyer all you'll have to do is request a mutual cancellation when they do purchase from you.

    A mutual cancellation won't go against your rating and both parties are happy in the end. If the buyer does not go through with the mutual cancellation by declining it, simply reason with them and say you don't feel comfortable doing their work, then open the mutual cancellation again.

    If they keep declining the mutual cancellation then open a support ticket and explain why you do not want to perform the work for this order and you keep attempting to do a mutual cancellation but the buyer is denying you.

    No buyer can be blocked here. Your customer care is complicated so that they can never order me in any way. The only thing they can do is cancel your order

    I have the same problem with more than one buyer doing the same. I hope if there is a bock option on SEOClerks to be used in this case.
