Use digital freelancers as your employees to save money and have better output

If you're starting an SEO or any digital service, you will likely need a freelancer to help you out once in a while. You may have the skills to do a lot of things, but you're not going to be able to do everything, so outsourcing to a freelancer might be the best course for you to take if you're trying to save money and have someone highly qualified do the work.

Some people think outsourcing to a freelancer means you'll get someone who is in their first year and doesn't have a tight grasp on the service they're providing. In reality, there are plenty of freelancers here that have a decade of experience and can quickly get the job done for you in a day when it would take you a month to learn how to do it and apply the skills yourself. Sure, learning something and doing it yourself is always nice, but if you have 12 tasks that take a month to learn and apply, you just took a year to get something done when a few freelancers could have done it in a week.

Filter Your Freelancers
When you're looking for the right freelancers to put on your team, you need to pick the best ones available. You can easily filter them here by their user level and how many likes they've gotten on their services to find the people who are dedicated to their work.

It doesn't matter if you're looking for hosting providers, web designers, SEOs, content writers, bloggers, etc. You'll be able to find anyone with a website related skill and have them on your team. They won't even know they're part of a team, they'll notice you're purchasing from them a few times, and they'll build a relationship with you. You might even get some discounts later on down the road

Take it a step further
After you've built a trusting relationship with your freelancers, you can give them their logins to your website where they can see orders. This means they can log in, check for new orders, start the work before you order, and you can pay them when you get online.

Another good thing about building trust with your freelancers and letting them log in is that they can update orders and respond to support tickets for you if you allow. The people I've brought on board for something like this don't mind answering tickets related to their services because they know that the quicker the client gets a response, the happier they are, and the more likely they'll come back

In Conclusion
After you've sifted through plenty of freelancers, chosen a select few, and sent them orders, you will start to build a relationship with them. You can gradually build up your team and streamline everything much more comfortable if they get their login to your site so they can check orders and respond to tickets if needed. There are plenty of businesses that start like this and now make a ton of money, so you should think of the same process and break into a niche or dominate your current one!
