    How to send custom offer to new buyer?

    I have a new buyer but i haven't get any option to send him a custom offer. Anyone tell me how to make a custom offer for a fixed services.
    Please not that i don't want to create a new service for custom offer only.

    Of course, that's a serious issue and the management of SEO Clerk must take it seriously. Other similar freelancing websites provide the sellers with custom offer creation button right below the messenger chat with the potential as well as existing clients, why not here? That's a really, really disappointing experience. Similarly, there are no basic, standard and premium package options here. I request the SEO management team to take these two issues seriously and start working on creating them as early as possible before it is too late. Better be safe than sorry!
