    You should make a copy of the website. Then you can send them a formal email stating that you have detected your content on their website and you will pursue legal action if they don't. You should also contact their website domain hosting provider and complain that one of the websites they host has copyrighted material. Also contact the major search engines to report the website. Copied content is a method of Blackhat SEO.

    For such cases, you can contact the site owner to add your credits or remove the content. If he decline, tell him and report to DMCA. I hope it helps.

    When you find your content copied, here are some of the things you can do.
    Write to the owner of the site and ask him to remove your content
    File a DMCA
    Write to the host of the site and ask to take legal actions.

    This is also my question because one blogger told me that a big part of her blog was copied into another website. She sent a communication to the admin of the website but didn’t get a response so maybe it was done intentionally. Will Google penalize the website with that copied content? Can it not be reported to Google directly so the website can be sanctioned?
