Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I started onDec.16, 2018 as a buyer and I just checked placedover 120 orders by now.
I think I understand how you guys as seller feel when youwant more business—I am here to find solutions for my customers so they can
have more business as well. So I hope by sharing this, you guys as seller can
understand my point of view.
First of all, I had used Fiverr and Gigbucks before. At thefirst everything went well with Fiverr until one day they started charging me
in Canadian dollar instead of US dollar as they have done for at least 2 years
before, and the currency conversation rate was bad, really bad. I raised the
question with Fiverr but their did not provide me with reasonable answer. So I
found Seoclerk. So my first point is: if you don’t care about your customer,
why should they care about you. Be fair and be reasonable.
Second, I was ok with Gigbucks but their sellers are veryweak comparing to Fiverr and Seoclerk. So as much as I like the site, I rarely
go back to Gigbucks. So my second point is: provide competitive
services/results, so the buyers have reason to stay with you.
Third, after placed 120+ orders here by now, I am sorry tosay I am still not built up a LOVE TO WORK WITH list. I am not professional on
SEO matter, all I know is: I am here to find trust worthy sellers to provide us
with real and safe traffic. I did not ask for sales because it is not
reasonable, but I do want sales and that is my end goal. When I have more
sales, I can have more budget to order more services. Some services I ordered
gave me report was not as clear as I would expect. For example, when I order
traffic from certain county by paying extra, I am not happy to see the traffic
report only show number without the indication where the traffic came from. To
be honest, there are a lot of difference between the number from the report and
the number I saw from Shopify admin page. I can accept that. But I really can’t
accept is: I order traffic from USA but got traffic from Cambodia.
All in all, I think the buyers here are for results.
I hope this will help you to understand us as buyer better and create great products/services and then get a lot of business—it will be a win win situation for both parties.
