I've an order and Buyer wasn't responding my instructions, See the full details?

I've an order and buyr wasn't responding to my instruction, I just want to cancel the order because the order was late as buyer was not responding.
I clicked on force to cancel the order, The order was cancelled immediately and when I saw at my Profile my Rating was decreased from 97 to 94.1.
Why is this so? Is it possible to get the previous rating Now?

oh yes force cancellation will decrease ur rating .... u should have opted for mutual cancellation .... even if ur buyer didnot respond for it ur order would have been cancelled after 2 days automatically .....

anyways as u start deliverng other orders and people start givng u positve feed back u can achieve back ur previous rating or perhaps much more

I am sorry, but its your own fault.

If you click on forced canceling you will find:

Close the order, refund the buyer (has a negative effect on your rating).
