Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
Has anyone else noticed that their balances have been all over the place in the last few days?
Mainly happening to the affiliate pages cash balances, one day i will log in and it will say, for example.. $10 Cleared, the next day it will say something like, $20 Cleared, the next day it will say $0 Cleared, but something like $15 Awaiting Clearance. Basically the amounts are changing alot and randomly and also changing back and forth between the Cleared & Awaiting Clearance balances.
Im not complaining about any sort of lost cash because of this, just wanting to know why the balances are saying wrong amounts and changing all the time. I have been earning cash through sales, both mine & affiliate, cash i have earned through these sales go from Awaiting Clearance, to Cleared, then into Balance fine, but there is other cash that just sits in my account going back and forward.
Anyone else noticed this?

I wasnt sure if it was a problem with my account or with everyones account. Thanks for letting me know. Yeah, i noticed that the names "Cleared", etc.. were changed. No, i havent lost any money (that i know off), if i have, then it was very small that i didnt notice, so its ok :P

There were a couple of (stupid) bugs that were fixed recently. These bugs were causing all kinds of affiliate display problems. The main problem being that affiliate orders clear at different times based on the seller user level. The original code did not take this into account and used the affilitae user level. However, when a sale clears for the seller it also clears for the affiliate, regardless of the affiliate user level. It would clear, but then it would still show as clearing to an affiliate who was of a lesser level. Once this was fixed, I created another bug because I swapped the "to balance" and "clearing" variables.... ssssheesh.
If you think anything is off, just put in a ticket and we'll make sure any funds you've earned are awarded to you.
