What are the best website directories to post my sites? Any free and premium ones?

Search engine is a topology where every website are regular getting change loosing page rank or getting page rank. Search engine related high volume keyword are working with website. Some time a website is showing first position and some time another website is showing the first position. There is every second competition is available. So for submitting your website to worldwide directories you have to search on google and free directories submission will be OK.
