Email marketing is directly marketing a commercial message to a group of people using email. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. It usually involves using email to send ads, request business, or solicit sales or donations, and is meant to build loyalty, trust, or brand awareness. Email marketing can be done to either cold lists or current customer database.

Email marketing is a marketing technique where you send emails to your potential customers. The emails contain information about your products and services. IN email marketing you send mass emails to the people in your list. Your email list is usually a list of people who are interested in your products and services. You will have to build your own email lists, alternatively you can also buy this list. Sending newsletter through emails is also email marketing. If you have a website and you have newsletter service, you can also send newsletter to your subscribers.
