    Error 15005 appear when purchase?

    I can complete my purchase with mastercard its appear message "  Error 15005: This transaction cannot be processed. Due to the nature of this error, the funds for the transaction may be set aside as a pending transaction by your bank. These funds will not be collected by us and will be returned to you per your bank's policy.  "
    i dont have any problem with my Card can you please solve the problem ?

    Are you trying to purchase from a site outside your own country?

    Sometimes I've had issues where certain websites won't take international cards. As long as you have funds in the account, and filled in all the details correctly (card number, expiry, verification code) then it should work - it might be worth trying to contact the company and see.

    Falling short of that, give your bank a call.

    Hi amelia88 yeah from this website "seoclerks" , i was dealing with international purchase without problem before , and i'm sure that i enterd the right info several time , also i checked the card status by trying to purchase from other sites that i was dealing with it before and its also give me error so i think the issue from the card , what weird here when i check my online bank account its show that the "Mastercard" fully activated also bank said dont worry its work !! XD , so i figure out after that i'm just dealing with bank have bad services also will never use prepaid Mastercards again

    Make sure, Your card international usages/purchase service is enable, Because sometime you got new card from bank side, That's why some of its international future is blocks, and the other option, Visit your nearest bank branch and activate your card properly or call to customer care.

    Hi COMPBookShop , yeah It's internationally valid , i use it before in many international sites and it was work without problem , what funny here is that the card status fully activated on my online bank account but in real its not ! , and the bank persist that its work XD, and i believe its no any care on their customer services , i have thoughts now will try moving to E-Wallet i think it will be more good than banks cards

    I have never experienced such error before when having a purchase for certain items, I think maybe it is a glitch in the system of the card that you are using. It is better if you will consult your bank about this issue since they will help and assist you in any means.

    Hi esteban123 yeah i think there is issue in card but bank also can't find the problem because its show activated status and also bank say that , its educational material i want to purchase i dont think there will be problem for that ! unfortunately they not helping me Error 15005 appear when purchase?

    Your question is really clear to me, I can't place from where you wanted to purchase something or what you want to purchase. If you could be more specific enough maybe I would have the best advice to give you. The issue may be from your bank or from the site you want to purchase from, either way just make inquiries and find out where the problem is.

    Hi Martinsx1 , i purchased from this website "seoclerks , and yeah i found the problem ! its from bank, but they say its no any problem in card, and its appear active status in my online bank account , i cant even purchase from any site now ! so i think i will move on from now to use E-Wallets than using this glitchy Banks Cards.
