    Ideal sizing for service image (centered)

    What's the ideal dimensions for the service featured image? Mine look a bit skewed atm ???? Thanks!

    I'm not sure what the exact ideal size is for the service image. But I found this question which was asked earlier and someone recommended using an image that is around 800x600 (https://www.seoclerk.com/faq/8418/what-size-is-seo-image-for-gigs-profile-picture)

    I have seen several instructions especially when trying to upload avatar to using the specifications of 200x200. I believe that this would work perfectly fine as well in this case.

    That is for uploading an avatar though which is the image next to your comment whenever you reply. That is totally different to the service image which is the image that will be featured for any services that you are selling so it will need to be a lot bigger than just 200x200.

    Thanks for the message and details.Basically I use the prnt scrn or scteenshot for adding image on seo cler services and those works fine every time.

    Yeah, SC shrinks the image to fit in the content column.

    It might look different in different browsers, screen sizes (desktop v mobile) etc anyway.

    You can replace it by uploading a new one over it so you can experiment! Ideal sizing for service image (centered)

    There are many websites out there like picresizer is a good site allowing you to alter your image attributes. Just experiment with different sizes and see how it goes.

    You can find out for yourself through trial and error which size works best since it will also depend on the browser/platform where it will be viewed.

    Trial and error would take you ages to get the exact specifications of the correct size needed. Personally, I get irritated when I get the response image file too big error to upload.

    There is a way to make that a lot more easier to do. Screenshot the image you want to upload and use the screen shot one. It will upload without any problem.

    I can easily guarantee you that it works perfectly well because it's what I do mostly. Instead of going through the stress of uploading and getting error notification, I would save myself the trouble by first screenshoting the image and then upload afterwards.

    Yes, I would agree, you might want to experiment with different image sizes and see which one works the best for you. There are several different image sizes that would probably work for you you just have to select one.

    From what I know, bigger image size won't upload. It would basically tell you error file too big. I normally try as much as possible to trim down any images that I'm trying to upload. I normally use layout application to crop the images and it would upload swiftly.

    I don't know the Ideal size actually, but I think it depends on your platform. I think it's up to you now to decide depends on the purpose of that images. Like actually in some bloggers, They use bigger images that almost half of my monitor because that's their topic. but in those some supplemental images, they only use small one. sorry I don't know the actual size.

    If you noticed, most times such blogs or platforms takes too long to load or connect fast and it's because of the bigger images used to set up the site. It's not encouraging to do such because it's likely going to bore the site visitors.

    Yeah, you're right, and they consume more data. People go to the blogs because they want to read and learn something, and that size of images to encourages people to read is not somehow helping. maybe that's the disadvantages of that.

    All the images that I will be posting on the internet has a maximum size of 960 by 640 although sometimes when I am in a hurry, the size exceeds that figure. My take on images is the optimum so it will be quick in uploading and displaying but with a clear image and not blurred. I learned this sizing of the image in Facebook. When I post an image with a big size and then download that posted image, the size becomes smaller. That means Facebook has a maximum size for the images.

    the ideal size is 700 by 300 px, I have found this after doing experiment with at least 5 to 6 different gig pic sizes, after that I found this that this size will be the best, try this thankyou
