Apply for adsednse. Adsense is the best advertising program for small, medium as well as big publishers.
If you are not approved for adsense, you can try other ad networks. Start with chitika or infolinks.
Start affiliate marketing. You you become an affiliate, you can place affiliate product ads on your blog/website. When the product is sold you earn money.
Sell services and products from your website. Selling is one of the best ways to monetize your blog/website.

For a blogger, my suggestion is for you to focus on your blog articles. Write a good article that is correct in grammar and spelling. Make the topic relevant to your niche. Put in more information that you can share to your readers. With the good contents, you can get traffic in 2 ways – first is from your regular readers and second is from the search engines because good content will give your website a good ranking in the search list. And with the good number of traffic, you will definitely earn more from the monetization of your blog.

I would have to agree, if you want good money then blogging and vlogging offers a lot of opportunities that could turn into good income. Signing up with Adsense and posting affiliate links could also earn you a few bucks. Selling your own product in your site could be very profitable.
