I am fairly new at blogging--only been doing it a couple of years--but lately things have started to take off a bit for me. It made me think about how I had to just stick things out and not give up. I was wondering, what are some of the best moments which you have experienced from blogging? What keeps you coming back to it and what makes you happy about it?

I wish you the best of luck with blogging. Unlike you, I've been blogging for quite a while, I actually started my first blog about 10-11 years ago although the first one and the ones after that didn't work out that well. So I ended up giving it up for a bit. But I actually started blogging recently as well, and it feels weird especially after spending such a long time just reading articles instead of actually writing them. And I would say that this is probably my best experience with blogging. I'm a lot more knowledgeable and I have the motivation to not give up either. They saw what I was doing and wanted to invest in an ad spot for an entire year, which showed me they believed I would only get better at what I was doing and increase their profits from month to month making their ROI on their ad spot even better throughout the year They weren't paying me $1,000's a month for an ad placement, but I was till getting a decent amount that I was super happy with. I saw myself as a semi-pro blogger at this point because businesses were contacting me to place ads and I wasn't searching for them to pay me haha
When I started blogging, what seems like a century ago, I always did it for the money. After a few years of chasing the dollar, I stopped caring about the money and just wanted to write quality content for my blog.
That's when the money started showing up without me chasing it, and that's one of my favorite times I've ever had blogging :D
I wasn't making a ton of money, but the feeling of not trying to make money and actually profiting is something everyone should experience. I was making around $5 a day, which isn't a lot at all, but it was money coming into my account with me not really trying. I was trying for years, and not making much, so it was sort of disappointing when I would invest 10 to 40 hours a week blogging with nothing happening after that. I would then invest a few hours a week, usually just one hour, into writing content and I found out that I would write much longer and higher quality because I was investing more love of the niche into my writing compared to when I was simply optimizing everything :D
Another great moment I had is when a big advertiser contacted me and wanted to purchase a placement on my blog for an entire year :D They saw what I was doing and wanted to invest in an ad spot for an entire year, which showed me they believed I would only get better at what I was doing and increase their profits from month to month making their ROI on their ad spot even better throughout the year :D They weren't paying me $1,000's a month for an ad placement, but I was till getting a decent amount that I was super happy with. Currently I'm setting up a new blog that will likely hit it's stride in a year or two, but I need to just stick with it and add quality content to it daily. I write a lot for myself and my clients, so this isn't a huge deal, it just gets overwhelming when I've been writing all day for clients and then I have to get to my own projects. I stick with it and force myself to take 30 minutes to write up a quality article because I know it will pay off in the long run. I know that if I slack off once it could turn into a second time and then a 30th time down the road, which I can't have. My goal for this blog is to be the top information source in the industry so advertisers begin to pay me a premium to place a banner on my pages. I'm not talking about 1,000 to 5,000 unique visitors a day, I want 100,000 a day so I can make my advertisers pay me $10cpm or $10,000 a month for a simple banner placement lol :D

Soon after i started receiving a lot of traffic from Google continuously and i was thinking, why the heck it is so popular when i made it without that intention, beside that, traffic on that post was pumping up months and months after even there was hips of new news about that celebrity all the time. So one day i decided to investigate then look trough Google analytics to see what search terms driving so much traffic, so i could possibly make more of these things in future. Then i find, it was image added to my blog post. It appeared on position number one when you search for that celebrity in images. It was great feeling and experience how good is to be #1st on search page for some keyword, even if it's about image Then i learned whole new lesson about SEO and it's importance

It gave me a little more traffic from search engines.
Other than than, I had to invest more money to hire writers to write articles on my blog becauseI am not good at blogging :)
