    Why i go down from level 2 to level 1?

    Hi, Recently i go down from level 2 to level 1? but i don't understand why? so can anyone let me know ,how i get back in level 2,thanks.

    You probably get some infraction(s) for breaching some rules or guidelines. You can check on bottom of your profile page if you have infraction, and there may be explanation why did you get it.

    The terms of service are a great place to look to ensure that you follow the guidelines for this community so that something like this does not happen again. The problem is that the terms of service are quite like so it may be better to just read the listing guidelines because that will basically be a shortened version of what is contained in the terms of service.

    Usually, getting an infraction or breaking a rule is the common cause of leveling down. So, checking out the guidelines will make you see if you did something you shouldn't. However, it can also be part of how active are you with your account, maybe you stopped selling/buying/posting as you used to, or you are not using the platform in the same way. I know writing to support may take some time to get an answer from them, but I would give them a chance. In the end, they're the ones that can help you handle that issue.

    Well, it is possible you got an infraction and you were pushed back to level 1. But looking at your profile, I'm not really sure you actually achieved level 2 in the first place. You have the account age, but you may not have the number of complete orders to reach level 2.

    Also, maybe requirements had changed and you now need to do more to reach level 2, this may be the reason for the demotion.

    I'm not 100% sure but I feel that the level system may be dynamic so you may move up and down levels depending on how your performance is. You can find the exact requirements for each level here: https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/. You may have moved down a level because you have not met one of the requirements for level 1.

    This must surely have happened because you broke some rule and didn't realize it. In any case, I think you should contact support to have a more specific answer about what actually happened (after all, may be a motive other than some mistake already committed by other member).

    Interesting question. I see many people like me are also still on level 1. How do we get to level 2 or higher? Also, what are the advantages of going up a level? Is they someplace where we can get the rules and regulations?Also if your level has been decreased shouldn't they send you an email or private message telling you why? So that you don't repeat the same mistake again.

    It's most likely an automated system which is why there isn't any indication of why you went down a level. Regarding your question about the level system, you can actually find more information about it here: https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/. The page will state what things you need to do to get to the next level and the advantages of each level

    We could find the exact answer from the admin, they demoted you so might give you the right answer but I think you might have flout some orders without knowing which will need you to retrace your steps.To get back to your previous level, you might need to know why you were demoted and guard against such occurrences next time and add hard work to rise even more

    Yes, I would agree with contacting support. I am sure they can answer your question better than any of us can. Who knows why this level drop happened better than they do? I think they are the ones to answer any questions you may have in regard to this topic.

    I don't think there's a definite explanation as to why you keeping going down with regards to your level. The only reasonable response I can give will have to do with your rating. If your on the market place and have had some few dealings in the past which probably didn't turn out well as expected by the employer and maybe you got a bad rating.

    Whatever the case, I suggest you contact admin or support to lay the complains. They should have a better response for you. Wish you all the best.
