    You may want to contact the service provider you were trying to contact instead of coming here to do so. There's a very likely chance that they will not see your request, and even if they did, they wouldn't know you were talking to them.

    What you should do:
    Go to the sellers profile and click "Contact" under their name. This will open up a chat box on a new page so you can type in what your request is.

    I think the poster was in the wrong place honestly, but I hope he or she got her question answered. It sounded like a legitimate one. Sometimes people just don't know where to go when they are asking questions..This is through no fault of their own.
