So guys, I've been reading a lot of things about this "new" world (at least for me, haha) for some time and I've learned a little more every day about it. However, I would like to know the tips / opinions of those who have been working for a long time and know a little bit more about this world.

The beauty of affiliate marketing is that you don't even need your own products. You can build up a list and then send out newsletters that have some clickbank links in them. Most of the good clickbank products have pages written in a way that will increase their sales much more than other websites. This is because they hire writers to do the content and want it written in a way that boosts the drive and motivation of the potential client. Because remember, if the client isn't interested, why would they purchase? lol.
If you're working with cilckbank, focus on the gravity of the product. The gravity will show how popular the item has been in the last couple weeks based on sales. The higher the gravity, the more sales through that clickbank product have been successful.
Now you can promote thousands of clickbank items, but if you don't have a website that you can put them on, you won't be able to advertise in many places. You won't be able to advertise on adwords, bing ads or Facebook ads if you are trying to push an affiliate link. Now if you have your own domain you're trying to promote, that's fine since you will just so happen to have affiliate links on your website lol
