    As far as I know standard domain names are not case sensitive, so lower & upper case would be the same thing.

    if you register with lower case,, you still can open your online domain with upper case

    No problem u can register the domain name as any case.....i think if u can regidter any case it will open..Can I register a domain name using UPPERCASE letters?

    You can register in any case and it will open even with the opposite case letters too. Lets say if you register a domain in DOMAIN.com then domain.com will also be registered to you. Domains are not case sensitive.
