    Hello, I'm wondering how I can contact to a service provider, looking for someone who can help me to get quality backlinks for my website.

    If you already picked up which service provider will do a job for you and you checked his ratings and work history, then simply visit his / her profile page and next to profile's photo you will see "Contact" link where you can send private message to freelancer.

    If you didn't pick your provider yet, but looking for someone to do it for you, you can browse marketplace or visit WTB section where you can create "Want to buy" and explain what you looking for, then wait for freelancer to response with their offers.

    You could check the marketplace to pick the best fit for the service you need to be rendered, you could check the person's rating, level, reviews and feedbacks from previous clients to ascertain you'll be okay with the seller.Let contact the person by clicking on the message icon beneath the seller name.

    You want to contact to a service provider for backlinks? I am understanding you are wanting to buy backlinks service?
    If that, you should consider carefully because it can hurt your SEO site if they provider you low quality backlinks.

    As opposed to the suggestions above, I would say that you need to post your desire for a service provider for building backlinks in the marketplace forum. I’m sure there are members who can do that for you although I cannot say if they are real or fake because not all sellers and service providers here are certified honest in their dealings. My advice is for you to be discerning with potential service purchase.
