How to add descriptions to pages in mybb forum

How to add descriptions to pages in mybb forum, that is....when google searched,i could only edit the description for the index page. How to add descriptions to other pages???
It looks really bad without descriptions because they show part of the statistics,sideboxes etc...
Please help.

You should have a meta description box to set a custom meta description for every individual page. I used mybb forum a long time ago and I don't remember having a custom meta description field for every specific page in the forum.
You also need a title tag field in my opinion and I doubt mybb is advanced enough to be that SEO friendly.

Keep in mind even if you choose to write a custom title tag and meta description Google can still ignore those and snippet some content of the page instead.

It's actually not that hard. I think it is already done automatically for certain pages like topics and posts which are dynamic pages. But for the normal pages like the index page, all you have to do is:
1) Go to your theme templates
2) For each page (index template), add the following between the <head></head> part:
<meta name="description" content=" your description." />
