Connecting website and myBB

So I am developing a website with Python and Flask. I also want to have a forum related to the website but that will be on a different host and will obviously have a different database setup as it is myBB. I've currently looking at developers but having very little luck because I need someone to figure out how I can get both in sync so that when someone registers on the website, they also get registered on the forum. In your opinion, would it be annoying as a visitor to have to register twice (once on a website and then again for the forum)?

yes it is. I say this based on my experience. I have an account on SEO Clerk. Later I found a sister site word clerk from the same owner (ionicware). I wanted to join this site and sell my writing service. Thankfully, I did not have to create a separate account. My account on seo clerk automatically created account on word clerks. When I go to other websites owned by ionicware, I don't have to
create new accounts. I already have acounts by default. This gives a great leverage.
