Video marketing is gaining a sense of authority when it comes to your overall rankings and sales. So why does a good animated video help with your overall marketing campaign? Well that's simply because people are impatient and don't want to read, but I'll get more into that later on in this discussion

The most dominant sense we have is sight/vision and this is one of the reasons that a good animated video can turn a bad campaign into a good one wit just a single submission to a video platform. There have been statistics on all of this and 65% of people actually learn better by watching something over reading it. There is another statistic that roughly 90% of all the information being absorbed by us is purely visual. If you don't think that's crazy enough to get you to make a good animated video for your campaigns, here are a few other statistics that might change your mind.

You can increase the conversion rates of your websites pages by 80% by adding a good animate video.
Roughly 33% of all the activity online is used to watch videos online.
There are around 3,000,000,000 hours of video watched every month by YouTube users. Yes, billions of hours!

I've been doing online marketing for a long time and I've seen a huge ROI on my videos. Loads of other marketers claim the same thing, so it must be true lol. If a load of marketers and myself think it's a good thing to use, shouldn't you be thinking about it as well?

2. Unlimited and possibly untapped potential
You literally have your imagination at your fingertips when making an animated video. You're not limited because you can literally put whatever you want into the video. The amount of videos you can churn out is up to you, and if you're not doing any yet, it's an untapped market for you

3. Grab and Keeps attention
People will always watch a video if it peaks their curiosity. I know that I myself have clicked on random videos on YouTube because the thumbnail image or title intrigued me and I just needed to click through to see what was on the video lol. Videos will grab someones attention better than a basic text ad or banner ad. Usually animated videos are pretty short, which will keep your viewers attention. They will usually see how long the video is, and if it's under 3 minutes they will usually stay to watch... And that's why these videos are so powerful. You actually can convince people to sign up with you by pitching your services at the end of the video lol

4. Easy to measure success
Video hosting platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo will give you a basic dashboard that shows you some statistics, and for that simple reason you can measure the success of your videos. There are third party services that allow you to get more in depth statistics like how many times the video was re-watched, which shows you how many unique viewers you had and how many people are coming back for a second dose lol.

5. Psychologically play with people
If you can hit an emotional nerve with the viewer that brings them back to a positive memory, you will have a dedicated viewer on your hands. Anything that invokes a good emotion will usually be a winner, if you're setting it up right of course. You'll want to invoke the emotion eerie on to keep them watching and if they stay til the end, they will likely be signing up or at least sharing your video with others

For this simple reason, animated videos can have a huge impact on your social media marketing.

6. Simplifies Topics
When it comes to conveying a difficult topic through text, it can get misread and interpreted. If you're putting together a detailed animated video for the same topic it will come across and be absorbed by the view much easier. This is usually a good thing for online services that people aren't sure if they want to sign up. You can explain what your service does in a simple way and then get into detail about the features.

I would go over how we increase the users website rankings within Google, Yahoo! and Bing in order to obtain super targeted traffic that converts much higher than most advertising methods. But if I were to just write up a few paragraphs about this, I would lose a lot of people that didn't know everything about SEO already. I could get some nice images in there which will trigger the "Oh Yeah!" thought and they user would be on board

Videos have a tendency to go viral more than anything else, even memes. This is due to everyone sharing them on facebook, reddit, and other platforms which have millions of viewers each day. Around 50% of the videos that go viral are humerous, so remember that when you're setting up your first videos

If your video gets viewed a few thousand times and get shared a dozen times, you're not viral just yet. Getting millions of views over night means you're going viral

8. Easy to change your business around
When it comes to your business, you aren't sure what you'll be doing in 5 years. You could be doing something completely different than what you originally thought you'd be doing, and a good animated video is how you can change things around. Normally when a company wants to launch a new business video they will have to hire actors and go to different locations in order to get the right shots. With an animated video all you have to do is sit behind your computer and get to work. This is huge when it comes to pleasing your viewers. If they constantly had to stretch the screen to watch a video, they would get annoyed and leave before the video finished. I know that I've been on some websites and left immediately because I wanted to watch the video but it didn't fit in my screen.

I have not yet used video as a marketing tool. However, I understand the importance of video marketing. When you are doing video marketing,. make sure your video is short and no more than 3 minutes. People have short attention span, therefore, your video should grab attention in less than 10 second. You can create different kinds of video, but animated videos are more effective. I completely agree with your points.

That's a great point! People's attention spans are getting shorter and shorter every day!

They say that you only have about 7 seconds today compared to about 10 years ago and that's quite a worrying trend because if it continues like that then eventually you'll only have like 3 seconds to grab someone's attention and there's only so much you can show or say in 3 seconds so it will probably lead to some very basic, primal like advertising methods being used on us if and when that happens!

Today, the internet users are becoming very impatient. They don't bother to read long contents, they don't bother to watch long videos. Once I created a video on youtube. The video was based on my very successful article. The video was just about two and half minutes, however, people only watched the video just for one minute. In order to make your contents, including video, gain traffic, you need to use new methods such as animation and a good storyline.

I can be an example of one who has a short attention span. Even in Facebook, I don’t watch the posted videos and all I read are the captions. I have no time to watch videos for more than 30 seconds especially if the topic of the video is not interesting to me. With animated videos, I think it is good to be used for marketing because it is now the state of the art. However it is expensive to create animated videos unless you know how to do it.

Generally speaking, animated marketing videos are shorter than non-animated marketing videos. That's because animation can cut long story short. Techniques such as time lapse can help you reduce the length of the video.
Normally, I do not check videos on facebook, however, I always make sure that I watch every animated video that appears on my feed, However, I will turn away if the video does not grab my attention in 10 seconds.

Yeah, there's no doubt that video is the leader when it comes to the medium which people most use today. Where as 10+ years ago everyone was really just reading articles and looking at pictures, although video was still being watched, but just not used then like it is today. And that's mainly because of how it's so much easier to make an animated movie today than it was before. And video is just a lot more fun to watch than reading an article or looking at pictures isn't it so naturally, if it's a video on something someone in the niche you're in is interested in, it's very likely they'll watch it since all they have to do is click play lol.

And you are so right! There is a massive potentially untapped market out there and so so many untapped niches that you could be dominating with just animated videos alone! Seriously, if you are creative and can put out a few animated videos that are fun to watch. Actually, the best kind are those that present the viewer with a problem they can relate to, really piling it on thick, and then, bam! Presenting them with the solution to that problem through your site or service.

That's a great winning theme to stick with for success in any niche but more so especially for those niches that there aren't any of these types of videos in. That's sad lol but it's means there is much potential out there to dominate a lot of niches with just animated videos.

And it's something I keep meaning to learn how to make them myself! 1, because they are fun to make and you can be really creative with them with your imagination and 2, because they can be so damned profitable in the long run.

But still, it's not something I've massively got into myself. I did have one made up for me a while back by our man on here but it was only a quick knock up and not really what I imagined and seen for it in my Stanley Kubrick like vision but that's what happens when you don't DIY!

Animated videos are better than the regular style of video as animated grabs the attention of viewers more than regular videos does. There are a lot of chances that the video could go viral over the web as they are much responsive. You don't have to pay to the people to do act in your videos. You can unlimited videos. I think it is a better idea to run an animated video campaign for marketing.

I think animated videos spark the imagination of consumers. In addition, I believe that this strategy helps the company to get even closer to the consumer, breaking down formal barriers between company and customer.

Based on what I see on tv nowadays, I have to agree that animation video is the state of the art now. Our newscast for weather in the tv network always have that animated video for the rains, floods and even lightning maybe to emphasize their point. However, I’d say that animation is not an easy art because you need the expertise and also it takes a lot of time to come up with a short animation video.
