Level demotion 3 level to 1 level

Hi All

I have been working at SEC Clerks since 24th Jan'17 and i have already gained Level 3 but unfortunately i have seen my level showing that Level 1

Please advise what is the reason and how i can retrieve my level.

Hi, if you was a Level 3 and you are now a Level 1 again, it will likely be because you have an infraction for something. If you visit your profile and scroll to the bottom, it will tell you what that infraction is for and when it will expire. And when it does expire, your level status will return to what it was before you was demoted to level 1.
