If you're referring to Search Engine Optimization then no, Alexa rank does not effect that in any way.

Alexa rank and Search engine ranks are different. Alexa rank is mainly determined by the amount of traffic you get to your site. However, for search engine ranking, more than traffic, you need proper keywords, uniqueness and originality of contents, quality backlinks, site desig and site speed. Alexa rank has notnhing to do with search engine raking or SEO for that matter.

Alexa rating is all about traffic. The ranking in Alexa is based on the traffic that websites get which means when your website ranking is higher than the ranking of your friend’s website then your website has more traffic. I wonder how, in any which way can the Alexa ranking affect the SEO of the website.
