Yahoo explorer has been shut down on 2011.Yahoo explorer was one of the best explorer for SEO people. It has been launched on 2005 and after 6 years of successful operation- it shut down on 2011.

I think Yahoo has really struggled over the years, and some of the services they offered are no more. I guess since it was shut down in 2011 the chances of it coming back are likely slim to none. It is sad for those who used to like to use the site.
