Quora is a great platform for asking questions as well as searching for information, it is becoming more popular every year with its current worth around 1.8 billion dollars, which is HUGE!
Enormously growth over the last couple of years and I'm glad I've been there right from the start. Over the years I personally made a lot of money with Quora offering services like "answering questions on Quora by including your link in the answer".
Anyways, I recently notice a couple of new features. Like Quora Ads - they basically appear under the questions with a title and a description, the title usually is also the business name of the advertiser.
So Quora finally decided to go monetize the platform, because for the longest period they focused more on the actual platform, growing it, improving it and not looking to turn a quick profit.
So, has anyone here used Quora Ads? Are they worth investing into? Do they offer a decent ROI?

I guess it would take experimenting like with most ad platforms.
I think it could be quite good since SEO and Internet Marketing topics are very huge topics on Quora. If someone posts a question about how to rank in Google or something for example, and underneath their question there is something that says "[b]Rank high in Google on a shoestring budget[/b]" or something then that would likely get you clicks. But it all depends on what they are charging but yeah. :)

Will look into this in some more detail. I've found their official post about it on their blog. And there's a slide on SlideShare about it too which does go into some detail about how it would work. But I was more looking for costs of the ads. But it also appears right now that the ads are only able to be placed by big well known brands and not everyday people like you and I. But it's in BETA right now and eventually they may roll it out to everyone else. We'll have to see. Could be good. Thanks for the headsup!
