Something happening with Message system and order Delivery Option,

Hi All,
I noticed since new text writing tools introduced, its more user friendly and very easy to write and modify, Loved it,
The problem i noticed is, sometime after writing a text to a buyer and when i hit submit the page reloads and the message disappeared and nothing has been submitted, still blank everything,

Problem in delivery option, I used to delivery with my custom designed delivery picture, Today i uploaded the picture several time, its just disappeared, and leave that place blank, picture added bellow,

Is anybody is facing same issues? also i want to know if you could reach support team in last 24 hours,

Thanks for reporting. This should be fixed in five (5) minutes from now (once the update syncs).

If Robertman says it will be fixed in 5 minutes, you can take that as gospel!

Something happening with Message system and order Delivery Option,

Try again by refreshing the order page.
Also, delete your cache files, cookies etc.
Refresh the order page again.

I've been finding that it's been doing that to me the last couple of days and a refresh didn't fix it. Even tried hard refresh (control+f5). In the end deleting my cache done the trick!

I also see the same thing happening for emoticons as well.

These are just teething issues and they'll fix it all in the end soon enough!

No worries, you didn't disrespect me. I should have elaborated. The developers rolled out a fix and it takes five minutes to sync across all of the app servers which is why I said in 5 minutes. Can you confirm that it is fixed?
