I Ordered One Service Twice By Accident

Hi I'm Hassan.
I Ordered One Service Twice By Accident Yesterday At 11:30 So Its Been Over 24 Hrs Not To Mention I Have Received Both Invoices To My Email And On My Online Banking Page My Current Account Still Is £997.14 However Available Balance Amount Went Down To £924.50 After Straight After Transaction, Having Said That I Know The Money Is Being Held Somewhere Till Eventually It Comes Out My Account. I Dont Want Picture The Worst Case Scenario To Result In Money Taken Out And I'm Left Without The Product.

Hey Mike, Guess What!
I Checked My Transactions List At About 9am This Morning And Saw Two Separate $24 (£19.96) Was Taken Out Even Though I Received A Message Yesterday Saying Order #1234567 Has Been Cancelled By Staff. Its My Fault Anyway I Cant Blame Anyone But Myself, Maybe I Mentioned It Too Late.

Hi cmpid! That sounds like more of a question and concern to relay to customer support so they can assist you. So you might be better off opening a new support ticket. They will be able to help you. Where as here is the Community FAQ. In any case, it sounds like you inadvertently purchased a service twice. Well don't worry it happens! They will be able to return that money to your account if you just tell support about it and give them the order ID. They can cancel the order and return the money to you. All the best with everything and let us know how it goes!
