Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
So am in the middle of adding a forum onto my social exchange site . Social exchange is on my main domain but am add to my cpanel directory /forum I will be using Mybb I will sort out theme designs later on.
The main thing I am trying to think of is forum title and also forums on the page like topics. I am normally very good at this as created few forums in the past I just come to a blank. It feels like for example have you ever just been thinking great ideas and then 5 minutes later your thinking " ermm what am I doing " or cant remember what you just thought of lol. Or it maybe just me , So I want the forum mainly to be about social media tips and tricks and maybe have a few advertising and promoting categories in there as well . I just can't seem to think of a great catchy title .

It was a social signal selling site selling social signals of all kinds. I advertised it on DP I think and it got snapped up pretty quick! Anyway, it can be one thing coming up with a title or name for a forum. One trick you could use is to make use of those name suggestion sites. Just plug in a few words and it will give you a list of possible, potential names and titles you can use.
I made a site called Social Signal Hub once! :D It was a social signal selling site selling social signals of all kinds. I advertised it on DP I think and it got snapped up pretty quick! Anyway, it can be one thing coming up with a title or name for a forum. One trick you could use is to make use of those name suggestion sites. Just plug in a few words and it will give you a list of possible, potential names and titles you can use.
Some of them off the top of my head are namemesh.com, ?nameboy.com and ?panabee.com but you can find more just searching in Google for "name suggestions" or "domain suggestions" or something. I use them all the time for these purposes. :)

I'm sure you can be of more help than you realize! Some people say, if you're not part of the solution, then that makes you part of the problem. In some situations and scenarios, when you realize that you quickly think of ways on how you can be a be a part of the solution and not the problem lol :D
All it really is just a matter of coming of with forum names. For this you might have that one name or idea that nobody else has. For this sort of thing, it kind of all depends on what the forum is going to be about. His particular forums are based on a social exchange site so something based on this that is unique to anything else but also somewhat similar perhaps. A name, word or even abbreviation that people can relate to or are already familiar with. A name that is friendly and tells a person what it is before they've even clicked on it.
And so as long as you follow that general rule of thumb in lateral, linear thinking you're on the right track!

Thinking of a catchy title is always difficult, it is either taken or it's one that may be difficult to remember. I usually take the idea of what I want my forum to be and then look at what my forum will offer and think of words that will work together to describe the site. With you, it's social media tips and tricks, maybe something like Social Hub or even Social FAQ could work? Just throwing idea's out there, sometimes hearing other ideas sparks an idea in your own head.
I hope those help! I have had that problem on so many occasions moneybags, it is so frustrating . I used to be like you, used to be able to have ideas running through my head left right and centre and I would put them into place and be really happy with how my forums turned out but just recently I have come to a blank and I hate when that happens because whilst ideas are not flowing nothing new is coming onto the forum and people don't want to see that.
