My order was canceled but Refund not credited

I made an order, but the order was canceled although am not seeing any Refund credited on my account. why?

Go to the bottom of the page and click on support and email the support team. Perhaps they will look into this for you . Hope it is sorted soon for you mate and good luck . Support are very helpful they will sort it for you and look in to the problem that you have and get down to the bottom of it.

Hmm the funds should have been returned to your account balance. You can then use that to purchase another service with. You cannot withdraw that money but as said, you can use it on another service or services. But like Moneybags has so kindly suggested to you, the best thing to do here is to contact the support team about it and ask them what's up as I've never seen or heard of this happening before. Are you sure the money was not credited into you account balance? It's most strange. It must be some kind of misunderstanding or something. I'd doubt it was a bug. Idk. Contact the support team and ask them and they will put you straight. You'll just need to open a new support ticket and someone will get to it.
