Yes that is correct (what Codebots has said). And you can do it too! Just keep chipping away at it. Doing what you need to do to get those higher levels. Obviously you can do it faster if you actually sell services on here too. If I was you, I'd look into what kinds of services you can sell on here to help you get those higher levels. Actually, I'm surprised you've asked this as you are not currently selling any services on here yet as I just saw. But still, that is one way that will help you to reach those higher levels much faster!
I also think they should work in the FAQ posts into the equation too. So that you have to have x amount (a certain amount) of FAQ posts on here before you can reach those levels. That would get more people on here and since all posts are moderated first, it would mean we wouldn't have loads of low quality posts of people just posting whimsical stuff just to increase their user level! :)
